At Dealwala, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
1. 7 Days Easy Return & Exchange
You can return or exchange your product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return:
- Product should be unused, unwashed and in original condition
- All original tags, bills and packaging should be intact
- Return is only applicable for size issues, defective product or wrong product delivered
- Sale / Discounted products are not eligible for return unless defective
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse by customer
- Products without original tags and packaging
4. How to Initiate Return?

Our team will verify and initiate your return within 24 hours. A courier person will come for pickup.
5. Refund Process:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI / Bank) within 5-7 working days after pickup.
- COD Orders: Refund will be given as Store Credit or Bank Transfer within 5-7 working days.
6. Exchange Process:
If you want to exchange for different size/color, please initiate exchange request. Exchange is subject to stock availability. One-time exchange is free.
7. Damaged / Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share unboxing video / photo within 24 hours of delivery at support@dealwala.com. We will immediately ship a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Return Shipping:
- If return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective product) - Free Pickup
- If return is due to size issue or customer choice - Rs. 100 pickup charges will be deducted from refund
